In English, you will study a range of literature and non-fiction texts including poetry, novels, stories, plays and films from across a variety of genres.  You will also produce lots of different pieces of writing from creative work to non-fiction texts such as newspaper articles and persuasive writing.  You will be assessed on four skill areas: Reading, Writing, Listening and Talking through the many different and varying contexts selected by the class teacher.
