The Advanced Higher qualification in Geography builds on knowledge and understanding at Higher level and skills such as planning, researching, problem solving, mapping, graphing and statistical analysis.

• The courses prepares pupils for a rage of university courses and careers associated with social subjects, environmental issues and the sciences.
• Learners have the opportunity to take part in a 3-day residential fieldtrip along with the Biology Department at the Blencathra field centre in the Lake District.
