S3 Music Course
Music Performance Skills
Continuing from S2, Learners in S3 will undertake technical skills development on two instruments of their chosing from the list below. They will continue to work on developing their individual musicianship, in addition to taking part in whole class performance opportunities. In S3, Learners will be working towards completing two pieces of music equivalent to Grade 2 or above on their instrument in preparation for National Level Qualifications in S4.
- Acoustic Guitar
- Bass Guitar
- Drum Kit
- Keyboard
- Ukulele
- Tuned Percussion
- Any orchestral instrument on which they receive private tuition
